Crèche FAQ’s

Q. Is lunch provided in the crèche?
A. No. Children staying in the crèche for a full day can either bring a packed lunch with them or parents can collect them at lunch time and drop them off after.

Q. Are we able to hire sledges in the resort?
A. The Snowbizz crèche has a number of sledges and parents and children are welcome to use them throughout the day. There is a section of piste which is cornered off with inflatable barriers and is just used for sledging.

Q. My child has an allergy to dairy products – will this be ok?
A. Yes. We will make any special requests to the airline before you travel. When you arrive in Puy St Vincent you will be given a form to fill in about dietary needs that the nannies need to be aware of. Children are will be given a drink and biscuit in the crèche, but the nannies will be happy to give them an alternative if provided.

Q. Are the nannies able to administer medicines?
A. No. Unfortunately if medicine is needed a parent or guardian will need to return to the crèche to do this.

Q. Is it possible to arrange a birthday cake for my child when we are away?
A. Yes. If you advise us before you travel we will pre-order a cake to be ready for the day. If your child is in crèche / kiddie club the nannies will make sure he/she has a special day.

Q. Will there be children of any other nationalities in my child’s class?
A. All children in our ski school classes are travelling with Snowbizz. We are not able to have children in our ski school / crèche who have not booked the holiday package through Snowbizz.

Q. How long will it take to get to the crèche from our apartment?
A. Our crèche is very central. It will only take 1-2 minutes from your locker

Q. My child gets severe travel sickness. Is it possible to reserve seats at the front of the coach?
A. Yes. If you contact us no later than 2 weeks before departure we will reserve seats for you.
