Just wanted to say thank you so much to the company for such an incredible trip away last week in Puy.

From the moment I chatted with Elodie and Sarah when booking last year I knew your company was special and went the extra mile but couldn’t have expected just what an amazing time we would have!!

All the staff are just wonderful and a massive assett to SnowBizz…they’re so warm, enthusiastic, smiley. The moment we arrived taking the time to get to know Connie and Eddie, the wonderful tour round with Emma and Erinna – introducing them to nursery the day before is such a good idea and really made them excited for starting the next day.

Having Emma and Michaela go with them to the ski school was just great for Connie as it totally helped her confidence…Mathiu was really great with the kids and connie really enjoyed his teaching.

The activities at nursery are lovely and thank you so much for the beautiful diary that was put together for Eddie and Connie’s huge folder of art work…this sort of thing just means so much and is so thoughtful of you to do!!!

I genuinely felt teary with happiness during the trip…we can’t believe what an amazing setup you have…the convenience is amazing, Puy is a great resort with really friendly people in it, but it really is your staff who are the real stars and they are all wonderful!!! Ava, Michaela, Erinna, Emma, Jess and Emily – THANK YOU!!!!

It made it feel like a proper holiday for all of us and I’m so thankful.

We have just had the most amazing week – thank you! All the kids are hooked on skiing, the lessons were great and the kids loved all the kids activities. Please send my thanks to the whole team.

We had an absolutely amazing time again with Snowbizz! Everything about the holiday from start to finish was so well thought through. The pink ladies were fabulous! Jarvis loved kids club, I don’t know what they do but it must be something very special as I have never seen him so keen to go to a kids club, he just loved it! He also couldn’t get enough of the skiing, as soon as his lesson with Jenni finished he wanting to carry on skiing!

Puy St Vincent was the first family ski holiday for us and our 2 boys (4&7yrs) and we all absolutely loved it. The boys didn’t want to leave and we’ve wanted to go back ever since we left.
I was nervous about our youngest going into Totons as he can be quite clingy but the staff were so lovely, enthusiastic, warm and welcoming, that he went with very little encouragement and thoroughly enjoyed his time in the nursery and on the slopes.
Our eldest enjoyed the Junior club, games and outdoor play before his lessons as well as the lessons themselves. He loved his instructor too as did our youngest.I also took a few ski lessons and cannot rate them more highly.
The accommodation was basic, clean, warm, with plenty of hot water, had fantastic views and all amenities close by. Walking out of the apartment onto the slopes made getting the kids out very easy and stress free.
The slopes were quiet, no queuing for the lifts and there’s a good range of ski runs.
We also did the mushing addict huskee ride as a family, it’s well worth the money.
would have been the icing on the cake if the pool had been open.
Staff were amazing, from airport pick up to drop off and couldn’t be more helpful.

I wanted to take a moment to write and say thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday. For us it had been a long time coming, and from the moment we had to postpone our holiday due to my husband’s knee injury you have been great. I cannot sum up how special this holiday was for us – 3 years in the planning in the end! Every member of staff was fantastic, everyone in the office was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. The children’s team were fab, my children had such a wonderful time in their care – a special mention to Laura who Mia was incredibly fond of. The little touches like bringing the children to the restaurant at the end of the night, the variety of evening activities was brilliant. Elodie was always on the end of the phone, helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
We’re already talking about another trip, so depending on my husband’s knee recovery post-surgery we may well be seeing you again soon!

We first heard about Snowbizz from a savvy friend. We have been many times with them now. There are many things we love and appreciate about Snowbizz. They are a family run company with kind, thoughtful and capable approach. They collect us from the airport and take us to the resort. Our accommodation is basic but incredibly convenient. Downstairs the boot room is ski in/out and underneath it is where you drop the kids in the morning with all their gear so the ‘pink ladies’ can take care of them, play, and get them out to ski lessons. The ski instructors are hand picked (Snowbizz know all of them!) and kids are placed in a group and moved as need be during the week. There is a creche too for younger kids which we needed the first few years we went. When our youngest hurt himself skiing, that is where he happily hung out while we skied. In the evenings there are activities which bring the kids together from treasure hunts to outings for crepes/pancakes. When I got very ill, they got me to hospital and made sure I was in safe hands. We have adult lessons while the kids are taken care of in the mornings and can ski as a family in the afternoon. Everything is straightforward. incredible value. No schlepping or stress. We always have a happy week and come back full of the fresh air and relaxedness that mountain exercise brings. We always Highly recommend Snowbizz to all we meet.

I am 31 and have been travelling with Snowbizz since I was 4 years old. We as a family have grown with them and used every facility they have to offer. Snowbizz was the PINNACLE of my childhood and still my ultimate happy place as an adult. The memories of kids club, sledging, torch lit descents and the magic created at Xmas lives with me forever. Snowbizz and the resort of Puy St Vincent is a must for any family and I will continue to go with my future children. Heres to another 30 years – see you in January!

I cannot thank you enough for a fantastic week in Puy St Vincent – what a gem of a resort.

Simply put our experience with Snowbizz was faultless. Thanks to covid, this was our first chance to get both our 3 and 6 year old kids to the slopes. The service from start to finish was impeccible, rapid responses to questions and a very well put together package, the years of experience and depth of relationships your team have with suppliers in resort from ski hire, through to the fantastic tuition and set-up with the esf meant we could enjoy our time almost as much as our children enjoyed theirs, safe in the knowledge they were well looked after by an experienced team. Along with another family, all 4 children (2 x 3YR olds, a 5 yrd old and a 6 yr old) in our group progressed beyond our expectations with the older children solidly snowplowing blues by the end of the week.

Across our group all adults have worked in ski tour operators for many years. As such skiing is a big part of our lives (probably only just second to the kids!), so you can imagine the anxiety around the kids enjoying their first experience on skis, Emma, Emily, Elodie and the whole team along with the excellent tuition from the esf ensured they all really loved it and can’t wait to go again (phew)! Linking in fun activities off the snow with the ski lessons meant more fun for teh kids alongside more skiing for the adults. We were all equally impressed with how good the service and package as a whole was with Snowbizz. Details all well considered and great comms. As a group of experienced adult skiers having spent many full seasons skiing, even in spring conditions, Puy offered plenty to keep us entertained, particularly with the ski away day in Serre Cher on the galaxy pass.

You could waste a lot more money in higher mileage resorts recieving a far less considered service or not nearly as well put together package.

Hands down one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on!!
All the Snowbizz staff went above and beyond and always happy to help. Elodie even made sure she came to say goodbye to everyone at the crack of dawn before we all returned to the airport in the coach. have never received that personal touch before. The ski school and kids club are incredible and keep you updated throughout, so you can attend whichever you please. Our 11 year old daughter had never skied before and by the end of the week was skiing down the mountain on blue runs with us!! Big shout out to Christelle from the ski school as well for making our ski lessons extremely enjoyable and a good laugh, we hope to have her again next year. Also got to mention Sarah from the Snowbizz office for making the booking service extremely easy and answered any of my queries within few hours! Highly recommend!!

Just back from our third year with Snowbizz and what a fantastic holiday! Snowbizz are a small family run company. The entire team genuinely care about your holiday. The kids club is unique, I am not sure how they manage it but the kids love it! The pink ladies make such a huge effort with the kids, this is one of the many things that keeps us coming back. The instructors are brilliant and along with Michele ARE REALLY INVESTED IN THE CHILDREN’S SKIING AND WORK HARD TO ENSURE THEY ARE IN THE CORRECT GROUP and having a great time! Elodie and the pink ladies are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, their energy and enthusiasm is a joy! Thank you for another fantastic holiday!

We have just returned from a week with our almost 4 year old and 18 month old boys. We were so worried about how they would settle but those concerns proved to be UNFOUNDED. Our oldest was made so welcome, he loved his toton lessons and had so much fun in the creche. Our youngest was cared for with such kindness and also had so much fun-each morning by the top of the chair lift we were sent photos of our happy boys which was great. A perfect mix of family time and skiing. Thank you for showing us we can have a faff free family ski holiday – we will be back!

Having read some great things about Snowbizz, and Puy Saint Vincent, I took a bit of a gamble in booking to take my wife and daughter. The former does not like skiing and the latter had only been once before and was only 8! even the day before we left, my wife was really not looking forward to it. the fact that when we left after a week at PSV, she was wanting me to book us in for next year says it all…

During our time in PSV, we had a brilliantly organised and wonderful time. The ski school for wife and daughter was spot on and they both progressed enormously, whilst the evening events for the children allowed us a bit of down time. The resort is ideal and safe for families, and the skiing enough to help improvers and experts alike. The fact we had almost a metre of fresh powder for our last day on the slopes sums up how lucky we were for late March. Thank you to the pink angels, and to those in the office – we could not have had a better time!

All the girls were equally helpful, pleasant, approachable and great with our kids. Hugo who took Finn for snowboard lessons was very good, not just as a teacher but also inspiring confidence and general interest in seeing progress.

I always knew Puy was a great resort but I don’t think I appreciated how brilliant it was with children. Ollie was slightly confused when we arrived, wanting the snow to melt so that he could go to the swimming pool, but by then end of the week that was definitely not the case. The Toton set up is amazing, we would drop him off with the Pink Ladies at 9am (he would start asking if he could go at about 7am!) we would then go up the mountain for a few runs ready to be back to watch his lesson, from a distance at 10. His ski instructor was elevated to Super Hero status by Tuesday and The Pink Ladies were just fantastic. Ollie and his new friend, Finn, had the most fun time – the boys were even asking to go to crèche in the afternoon too! It was great knowing Michel was there to keep an eye on them in ski school and his suggestion of the private lesson was great.

Ollie cried when we said we were going home – says it all really!

My husband and I have skied and snowboarded for years and wanted our children to find the same kind of enjoyment and pleasure that we have had from being out on the mountain. We had struggled in the past to find the ‘right’ kind of package that would cater predominantly for the kids while still being affordable. With Snowbizz we found that we were all catered for. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and more importantly, located in the right spot to access everything we needed. The Snowbizz and ski school staff were excellent and could not have made us and the children feel more welcome.

I never dreamed that taking two children under 3 skiing would be a possibility but everything was so well organised that we all had a fantastic holiday. The pink ladies went above and beyond and took great care of the children, so much so that they woke up begging to go back. We had ski lessons with a brilliant instructor who gave us confidence and with everything being so close, we wasted no time and spent as much of it as possible on the slopes. Absolutely brilliant company.

Well if you have been to Puy before then you will not need persuading to go back. Everything from the kids club and ski instructors to the slopes and ski into locker rooms. Probably the best place ever to teach your children to ski and the only place you would let you 10 year old teach themselves to snowboard.

just a quick message to say how much we enjoyed our first family ski trip with you a few weeks ago. We never imagined that we’d love the holiday so much being non-skiiers, however everything was perfect and the Snowbizz staff made life so easy for us.

The girls in the creche were fantastic and our girls grew very attached which was great. My husband loved his ski school and my private lessons were great too, I felt confident with my instructor and was amazed how much I learned after just one lesson.

We’re very glad that we took the plunge following a recommendation from a friend and are REALLY looking forward to next year!

From the minute I made the first phone call to the moment we went through Passport control on our way home, the staff looked after us 100%.

Reuben and Freya thoroughly enjoyed their holiday with Reuben loving every minute of ski school. The teepee rest stops and skiing through the trees to get there were particularly exciting! We were amazed when Reub took his dad up the mountain and showed him what he had learned!

Freya loved creche and the Pink Ladies made a lasting impression on her- I now have to put Princess plaits in her hair after the girls introduced them to her!

We all loved the swimming pool and had great fun sledging!

Excellent ski holiday, with two children under 3 we were slightly apprehensive, however they both thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hadley at 18 months went off to the crèche every morning and loved it. (Cannot believe I nearly didn’t book her in), she had a great time with the pink ladies.

Cooper her brother who was just three loved the skiing and although very tired, was very sad to leave St Puy Vincent.

There was also plenty of skiing for the rest of us (well not me, I sampled the coffee in the local cafe restaurants each day, but after seeing everyone else enjoying the ski runs, I will be booking lessons next time) the resort had plenty for everyone.

We will definitely be returning this year.

Best family holiday we’ve had. The progress the children made in their skiing is outstanding. The instructors are all very thorough and motivating, but still VERY sympathetic and understanding to those of us who aren’t very confident on the slopes. Best of all though are the Pink Ladies. These girls are very friendly, approachable and will do their utmost to help. In fact, the whole holiday is hassle free. My children (age 8 and 10) loved the kids club.

The apartments are a little basic but totally adequate. With my fussy kids it was great to go self-catering and not be restricted to chalet or hotel mealtimes and menus. Being able to borrow a DVD player from Snowbizz was good.

Good, safe resort. All pistes lead to the one area so you are never overly concerned about being separated from the children.

This was the first time that we had been to Puy St Vincent. There were 4 of us in the group, all aged over 60. My husband and I have been skiing for a long time and have visited a wide variety of resorts in Europe and Puy St Vincent compared very favourably. There was a good variety of runs and they were very well maintained. It is a small, friendly resort and being able to ski to and from the apartment building was a real treat.

We had a lovely relaxing week and the snow conditions were good. Although we had no small children with us we got a great kick out of watching the little ones in their Snowbizz bibs following their instructors down the slopes so confidently.

Our apartment was very comfortable, warm, clean and well equipped, with a fabulous view. The staff were helpful, friendly and easy to get hold of. The evening meals organised through Snowbizz at a local restaurant were great, 3 courses and half a litre of wine or soft drinks each!

Thank you Snowbizz – we look forward to coming again.

Charlotte was excellent – my son really enjoyed his lesson – she explained well what he needed to do and at the end of the lesson he told/taught us – he felt best lesson he’d had.

We are off for our Seventh visit, really excited, just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michael, 2 yrs ago was when we last skied, on the last day my 10 year old, had an accident, she damaged her knee severely, requiring complete reconstructive surgery. Anyway while I waited for Emily at the bottom, Michael waited with me calmly, as she arrived Michael assessed the situation, he thought it would be best to wait for the doctor to come up the mountain to assess Emily, he cleared an area in one of the bars in the sun while we waited.

Once the doctor arrived, Michael arranged for Emily to be carried to the doctors and he stayed with me the whole time, translating, explaining everything, he was a real rock for us. Michael did not stop there, he popped up to see Emily later in the apartment and several times after that, he helped me make all,the travel arrangements etc. We all worry about accidents, Snowbizz were there for us every step of the way. I just wanted to say, Snowbizz were absolutely fantastic, treated all of us like family, with so much care and compassion, and Michael simply the best.

All the girls were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable – great team this year.

Would like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome and the special care they gave to Danny in particular – it was the first time we have left him in a crèche/kids club situation and it was wonderful.

All members of staff are fantastic, all very helpful and are great with the children. We thought Charlotte at ESF was great with Toby, his skiing has really come on.

A friend highly recommended PSV as they go every year and now I know why. We had the most perfect holiday as everything was close by, closest it’s ever been. Down to the lobby to drop 5yr old Poppy at Kids club and short trip to crèche for 2yr old Alex. Ski direct from the locker room and its straight on a chair lift with minimum queuing. Poppy had never skied before, but with lots of patience from Sam her instructor, she was finding all the piste-side bumps and jumps on both green and blue runs. By the end of the week we could hardly keep up with her. None of us can wait to come back again and are booking immediately for next year!

What a fantastic week, great weather, snow and child care. Skiing with our family couldn’t have been easier or more fun. Ollie (4), had the most fun and by the end of the week skiing down from the mountain restaurant as a family, what more could we have asked for. Having spent many hours researching the Internet for a family ski holiday that needed to be straight-forward, child friendly, accommodate a range of ski ability (from absolute beginners to advanced), keep everyone in our Group happy (11 in total) and all without costing a fortune was proving to be challenging until a friend recommended Snowbizz. From the moment that I picked up the telephone to discuss our range of requirements I felt confident that we had made a good choice but reserved judgement until we arrived.  Snowbizz certainly did not disappoint and had thought of every fine detail to make a family ski trip easy but most importantly enjoyable!

Our two boys (6 & 7 years) absolutely loved ski school, the instructors were all very friendly, extremely good at encouraging the children and identifying when they needed to be put in another group.  The adult ski school was also excellent, delivering some much needed confidence for the more cautious and respectful of each individual’s comfort zone while at the same time progressing ability.

PSV is very beautiful and family friendly, the resort is not overpriced and there are a range of shops, restaurants and a supermarket for self catered guests.

The Pink Ladies were great with the children, entertaining them before and delivering them to ski school as well as providing a range of activities at the evening Kids Club.

My husband and I have been on many ski holidays and one previous family ski holiday (which was disastrous!) but without doubt this was the best ski holiday we have ever had, so much so that we have already booked for 2016!  Well done Snowbizz!

Had a great time just like last year, took advantage of an afternoon ski guide who ensured we were all within our skill level and did a good variety of routes. Recommend the outdoor pool was nice and warm with my boy jumping out to sit in the snow (bonkers).

We had a buckle break on a ski boot when heading out one day, Michel was great once we were sorted he radioed the instructor and he did a route so he could collect us on the way so we did not miss out. 5 star service!!

My husband finally persuaded me to try skiing last year for the first time, I agreed reluctantly – and a week was spent in the beginner class plus practising in the afternoons. I was able to get down greens and blues slowly by the end of the week. The afternoons were spent with the rest of the family, but they soon got fed up with waiting for me!

This year I was put into the improvers group, luckily with the same instructor (Alain). I was very nervous on day one, but I had obviously remembered something, and gained so much confidence that I was asking to do the red runs we had covered during the lesson on my last afternoon (albeit carefully)!

The resort itself is very convenient, supermarket well stocked, minimal queues for lifts, apartments basic but comfortable, choice of restaurants reasonably priced, and excellent take-aways available. We had a piste facing apartment which was entertaining during the day and quiet by night. Even though it was French school holiday’s the resort was not overcrowded, and my son even got to practice his French on the ski lift.

Would certainly recommend, and we have booked again for next year.

Well this was our third year with Snowbizz… and we felt like the new-comers. Most families we spoke to had done more Snowbizz trips than us. We love going to PSV – the snow… no lift queues… the Pink Ladies… fresh Pain au Chocolate for breakfast… Cassolette from the supermarket for supper… everything is so close…

We had a fantastic time, the weather and skiing was excellent, Snowbizz is definitely the best when you have children, the skiing lessons are great, my little boy enjoyed it so much. All the staff were lovely and the kid club was fun for the kids. I can’t say that anyone in particular was better than anyone else as everyone was brilliant.

Snowbizz came highly recommended by a colleague and instantly we could see what she meant. It was so easy to book, they were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

It was Mari’s first ski holiday, and ten years since we’d been and were therefore a bit rusty, but the resort and slopes were ideal. We can’t praise Claire enough (Mari’s instructor). She got Mari skiing from a complete novice to leading us down the slopes before end of the week!

The Snowbizz girls at the resort, or The Pink Ladies, as they are nicknamed were absolutely fantastic with the young ones, keeping them well entertained before ski school and again at the kids club in the evenings. Mari couldn’t wait for the following day……. every day.

The slopes were just spot on for beginners and intermediate skiers like us and up on the mountainside especially with the fab weather the views were amazing. And the snow – yes it was pure white and plenty of it. We heard during the week we were there we had the best snow throughout the whole of France.

I just can’t praise everybody enough. Thanks again Snowbizz and see you next year!!

Impressed by the fact that the bar staff at Le Petit Chamois remembered us, the staff in Le Bar were as friendly as ever, the supermarket has good choice at reasonable prices as usual. It is therefore really easy to get the ski week routine going. The ski school never fails to impress, my wife and myself had the same instructors as last year and the family ski skills have improved enormously in two seasons, my wife has great confidence now, our son is as good as me, probably better, and our daughter is getting really good.

Even in French holidays queues are not bad and the resort is massively convenient, from apartment to piste in one step.

At this rate we aren’t going to see the world but we save so much time because we know the score that it more than makes up for it.
