Snowbizz offers the perfect family ski resort in every way.

With the skiing right on your doorstep and all the ski facilities close-by, Puy St Vincent is one of skiing’s best kept secrets. This is truly ski-in, ski-out at its best.

This has to be the most convenient family ski resort ever

Puy St Vincent sits at 1600m of altitude, in one of the most stunning settings at the edge of the National Park, Les Ecrins, and is still considered by many to be one of skiing’s best kept secrets.

Apart from a couple of weeks during French holidays Puy St Vincent is virtually queue free.
Much of Puy’s popularity has to do with its fantastic snow record. It’s a well recorded fact that its genuine micro-climate will often give it those extra falls of snow which, over the season, will ultimately make a huge difference to the overall snow depth.

The French Government has requested measures to ease the ongoing energy crisis and in response to this unfortunately the swimming pool and floodlight skiing will be unavailable this season. We are sorry for any dissapointment this may cause.

Puy St Vincent – Ski from 2750m to 1400m

The obvious choice for the mixed ability ski family with something for everyone.

From the Snowbizz base at 1600m, the skiing extends up the mountain to 2750m and down to the village at 1400m – making for an impressive 1350m vertical drop. While the sunny snow bowl above the tree line at 2000m is a favourite with beginners and intermediates, Puy has a variety of runs for everyone and the challenging long reds and blacks will not disappoint even the most advanced skier.

Larch forests give Puy its picture postcard appeal and create some great off-piste skiing through the trees. These tracks and trails with limitless small jumps are a child’s paradise. For thrill seekers the Narreyroux Valley and Col du Bal are the ultimate off-piste challenge. For this we strongly advise booking a professional guide which can be arranged by Michel in resort.
