It’s that time of year again where our new team head out to Puy St Vincent. This year we decided to do something a little different and invite them all down for a training weekend. We thought it would be a great way for them all to meet one another but it also allowed us to give them a taste of what’s to come.
We were really lucky to also have Katie and Viv for the weekend to help us go through everything. I think the new team really appreciated being able to hear first hand from our ex-head nanny and head rep what a season with Snowbizz is really like. As well as giving them lots of tips on what to expect and what to take out with them.
What did we get up to?
We made sure to split the weekend up so we could go through loads of different areas such as transfers, kiddie club, ski school and of course teaching them our Snowbizz songs and games. It was great to also be taught some new games which I’m sure all the children that are heading out to Puy will really enjoy!
After a great weekend filled with games, talks and lots of cups of teas, I think we can safely say we have a fantastic team who you’re all going to love.
So who are the new team?
Well let me introduce you to them – in the crèche we have Head Nanny Maria and nannies, Lauren, Laura and the lovely Leah from last year (who we’re thrilled to have back!). We’ve put together a little biography on each of the girls. Each of them has included 1 true and 1 false fact but for 2 of the girls both facts are true – can you tell which?
